二、研究方向
(一)多功能纳米材料的设计与制备:致力于碳点、金属氧化物及量子点等功能纳米材料的可控制备与表面功能化修饰,探究其在催化降解、光电化学传感及生物医学诊疗中的应用潜力
(二)纳米材料生物效应的机制研究:运用多光谱分析、电化学及分子模拟等技术,研究纳米材料与蛋白质、核酸等生物大分子的相互作用,从分子水平揭示其对生物体系构象与功能活性的调控机制
(三)纳米生物光谱分析技术与应用:发展基于荧光光谱原理的高灵敏分析新方法,结合新型纳米探针构建快速检测平台,应用于环境污染物、食品安全及重大疾病标志物的原位灵敏分析
(四)生物电分析化学传感技术:构建基于功能纳米材料的电化学生物传感器界面,结合核酸扩增策略及信号放大机制,开发病毒核酸及特定蛋白质标志物的超灵敏、特异性生物传感技术
